A three year (2016-2019) Collective Agreement was signed between SriLankan Catering Ltd. and the Jathika Sewaka Sangamaya (JSS) on June 8th 2016, in Colombo.
The signing of the ” SriLankan Catering Limited Graded Staff Collective Agreement” was witnessed by the Chief Organizer - JSS, Mr. Suranga Naullage , Snr. Administrative Officer- JSS, Mr. H Gurusinghe , President – JSS Branch Union, Mr. T.G.N. Srinath and Secretary JSS Branch Union, Mr. C.O.R.Anthony, and on behalf of the Company by Director- Mr. Rakitha Jayawardena, GCFAO/General Manager – Mr. Lalith Withana and Head of HR & Administration - Mr. Chinthaka Kulatilleke.
