The joint opposition and trade union protest march against the electricity tariff hike which is on the move today (15) has now come in front of the Fort railway station.
The participation of all the major trade unions and opposition political parties jointly in the protest is a specially noted thing. Opposition leader Ranil Wickramasinghe,General Secretary Tissa Attanayake , Jathika Sevaka Sangamaya(JSS) , Joint Oppositions leader's and many other political figures were present at the rally. A large crowd has joint the march.
